A review of RSPCA by Anita Gallagher written on Friday 28th of August 2015
Many many years ago 19to be exact I adopted to two kittens they were so small and were brother and sister the staff were wonderful then and I would guess they still are. My kittens were so mischievous but so much fun .sadly one of my baby's was killed by a car when he was 3years old I was very upset he had been the one who constantly followed me around and was my lap cat .Dipsy on the other hand was now you see me now you don't .A strange thing happened when her brother died she became my companion all through years she's just been such a wonderful cat the years have flown by now and she's gone from jumping on to work tops to stay on the ground and sleeping all the time. My old girl is 19/20years now and she looks it she may wake me or my husband 3or4 times in the night for food and she now has a cat litter tray for the night but through the day she just sleeps.I watch now has she grows old and wonder how long I have my wonderful girl she's virtually gone deaf has hardly any teeth looks tatty and bony and has liver disease now ,but she is my beautiful girl who still looks like my little kitten too me.So I want to say to The cats protection at slutchers lane Thankyou for giving me a lifetime of memories and fun and exasperation when she was going through her distruction faze .Because of you I wouldn't have had the chance to have my darling beautiful old lady many thNks again.
